to be filled by election in Stanton
County, Nebraska.
The filing deadlines for such
offices are: February 16, 2010 at
5:00 o’clock PM for incumbents (office holders) and March 1, 2010 at 5:00
o’clock PM for non-incumbents (new filers).
An incumbent is anyone serving in an elective office, even if they
are filing for an office other than the one in which they are presently
serving.
